I offer evidence-based therapy for children, teenagers, adults and families. This includes support for anxiety, low mood or depression, OCD and intrusive thoughts, emetophobia, trauma, ADHD and neurodivergent experiences, emotional regulation, and adoption-related support.
Therapy may involve working directly with you or your child, or working alongside parents where that’s most helpful. Sessions are always tailored to individual needs rather than a fixed programme.

Clients often describe sessions as calm, supportive and practical. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, while also working towards clear goals and helpful strategies.
Whether you’re an adult seeking support for yourself, or a parent looking for help for your child, you can expect therapy that feels respectful, collaborative and focused on real change at a pace that feels right for you.

Alongside over 10 years’ professional experience, I bring a warm, practical and compassionate approach to therapy. I also have lived experience of ADHD, which gives me a deeper understanding of how emotional and behavioural difficulties show up in real life — particularly for children, young people and families.
I focus on therapy that is collaborative, evidence-based and genuinely usable day to day, not just something that stays in the therapy room.

Yes. I offer both online and in-person therapy.
Online sessions are delivered securely and work well for many people, offering flexibility and convenience. In-person sessions are held in Marple, Stockport, in a calm and private setting.
Both options offer the same quality of care — we can discuss which feels right for you.

Getting started is simple. You can contact me via the Get In Touch form to arrange an initial consultation. This first session (usually a call) is a chance to talk through what’s been going on, ask questions, and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
There’s no pressure or commitment beyond that first step.

Yes. I work with most major UK health insurers.
If you’re planning to use private health insurance, please get in touch and let me know who your provider is. I can confirm whether I’m registered and talk you through what’s needed to get started, including any authorisation details.
If you’re unsure whether to use insurance or self-fund, I’m very happy to help you think through the options.
