ADHD Coaching
ADHD coaching is practical support for everyday life with ADHD. It focuses on what’s getting in the way now and builds strategies that fit how your brain works.
What we can work on
getting started and finishing tasks
managing time and deadlines
building routines that actually stick
managing big emotions and overwhelm
school, work and home life
understanding yourself and what you need
Who it’s for
Children, teenagers and adults aged 7 and over. With younger children, parents are often involved, so strategies carry on at home and school. You don’t need a diagnosis.
Coaching or therapy?
Therapy helps with difficulties like anxiety, low mood or trauma. Coaching focuses on practical strategies for daily life. Some people need one, some benefit from both, and we can work out what suits you on your intro call.
Why work with me
I’m a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist with lived experience of ADHD, so I bring clinical knowledge and real understanding. Coaching doesn’t include assessment or diagnosis.
